OASIZ Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yu Eto) announces the launch of its creator production business “OASIZ Produce Studio” and the signing of a production contract with popular creator Unparunpa, who has over 3 million total SNS followers, as the first project. This business features a 70% revenue return rate to creators, with the 30% received by OASIZ being allocated to expenses directly linked to enhancing creator value, such as travel costs, project development expenses, and promotion fees. This represents a “creator reinvestment-based” production business that distinguishes itself from conventional management models.
According to a domestic creator economy market survey (※1), the market reached 2.0894 trillion yen in 2024 and has continued to grow at an average annual rate of approximately 15.5% since 2021. Against the backdrop of rapid expansion of vertical video platforms, creators have evolved from mere content distributors to “media” that directly influence purchasing behavior and culture. On the other hand, the challenge has become evident that for creators who have reached several million followers, the existing management structure makes it easy to see a growth ceiling.
Since its founding, OASIZ has upheld the vision of “elevating the social value of creators.” With the recent expansion of the vertical video market, we recognized this as an excellent opportunity to present a new “1→100 production” model that expands creator value into further business ventures, and launched the new business “OASIZ Produce Studio” to realize this vision.
While existing management structures are important mechanisms that stably support creator activities centered on contract management and sales activities, a different approach is necessary from the perspective of expanding the value of individual creators as a business and elevating it to social influence. This business was launched to redesign that structure.
The crucial difference from existing management business is a business model that connects creators in a horizontal relationship rather than managing them in a vertical one, and expands value over the long term as business co-creation partners.

OASIZ Produce Studio is not a so-called “0-1 model” that discovers unknown talent, but a business that performs “1-100 production” by forming partnerships with creators who already have strengths and influence, and expanding that value as a business.
